General Rules* Show up, show up on time, show up repaired, show up with your consumables *
* If you are on stand-by for a run, be online & ready to raid *
Attendance: Raiding is not required to be a member of Nemesis. However, if you do desire to raid and have been promoted to raider rank you are required to support the team. Notice is required if you are expected to raid that night but can not be available.
Invites: All raid members are expected to be online 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you are not logged on by the raid start time, your raid slot is forfeit unless you have made arrangements ahead of time with the raid/guild leader.
Absences: Regular raid participants should always notify an officer of their planned absence. We completely understand last minute emergencies, but we ask that you make every effort to contact an officer either in-game or through the forum. It is very frustrating for the team and quite honestly just plain rude to keep 9 or 24 people waiting on you. Repeated offensives will not be tolerated.
Preparation: It isn't always gear that accounts for raid performance. Knowledge is the key to power. Know and luv your class. Investigate and experiment with ways to improve your role. Our Raid Leaders work hard at researching and knowing the boss fights to make sure that the raid in its entirity is getting the most out of each attempt, but so can you. Entering battle with at least a rough idea of what will happen and what will be required from you is extremely important. There is a wealth of information available (see the Links post), do your research, use our forums to ask questions and to share the resources you have found.
Consumables: We want to get the most out of our nightly raiding as possible. Therefore, we require all raiders to come prepared with consumables. Flasks are expected for any boss not on farm. Elixirs can be used for farmed raids or in the place of flasks - if using elixirs instead of flasks, use both battle & guardian if a reasonable option exists for both. Food buffs and scrolls are recommended as they are easily acquired and give a nice boost. Potions are expected for all members. A minimum of 15 health / mana pots (for casters) is required.
